We must be willing to let go of the life we've planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. JCampbell
'Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.'

you are right. flowers never fail to draw us in and make us smile.
Flowers make me happy too. Specially tulips and poppies.
i love flowers too! all the colors, the sweet smells, their texture....they make me happy too!
Flowers definitely do have the capacity to make one happy! I also agree with you on eating out - having had to cook for 4 very fussy males for 16 years - all of them with their own list of things they did not like - with very little overlap. Now they are all grown up and have to cook for themselves, hahaha! (Except for my husband, who is the fussiest of all, but oh well, one can't have everything!)
Flowers do work a certain happy magic! One of my favourites is that lily in the bottom picture - the smell's just divine as well as being so pretty!
I just love flowers too. These are great photos! I really love the lily at the bottom, great job!
